Return and Refund Policy

At Drop Piercing LLC, we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

• All items may be returned if unopened and in original, resalable packaging.
• Opened earrings, saline aftercare, used taper tools, or any items that have been opened or used are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• You must include your order number and original packing slip.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we made an error).
• We do not refund original shipping fees.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

90-Day Manufacturing Defect Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g. broken hinge, faulty closure, etc.).

It does not cover:

• Normal tarnishing or oxidation of sterling silver
• Wearing off of gold plating (this is normal with regular use)
• Scratches, dents, or damage from improper care
• Loss of shine due to exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or sweat
